In this section, we have compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you quickly find the information you need. Here, you’ll find useful tips on how to place orders, available delivery options, and other important topics. 1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to "Checkout." Then, enter the required delivery and payment information. You can read a step-by-step guide on how to place an order HERE.

2. What delivery options are available?
We offer several delivery options, including OMNIVA parcel machines, Latvijas Pasts, and in-store pickup at one of our bookstores. Delivery options and costs are displayed during the checkout process.

3. What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via EveryPay, including options for Swedbank, Citadele, SEB, Luminor, VISA/MasterCard, PayPal, and online banking through EveryPay.

4. How quickly are orders delivered?
Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and product availability in stock. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery may be delayed by 3–7 business days during peak periods such as holidays, Black Friday, or other sales events. Delivery via Latvijas Pasts may take up to 14 days.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us by email at eveikals@eglobuss.lv within 2 business days of receiving the item to arrange a solution – either a replacement or a refund. Kindly provide your order number and attach pictures of the damaged product.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

8. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
An account is not required, but registered users enjoy additional benefits, such as a 10% discount on all full-priced items.

9. I have registered, but the 10% discount is not applied.
To enjoy the benefits of being a registered customer – a 10% discount on all full-priced items – you need to confirm your account after registration. To do this, click on the link we have sent to your registered email address. Once your account is confirmed, you need to log in to your profile. After logging in, all prices will automatically reflect the 10% discount (the discounted price will be displayed in red, and the original price in black). Additional discounts will not be applied, and the 10% discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

10. My order was canceled.
An order may be canceled if payment is not made within 7 days of placing the order or if the ordered item(s) are not available at the time. If the order was paid for, the amount for the unavailable item(s) will be refunded to you within the next few days.

11. I received an email with the message: ''Your selected item is back in stock in the online store'',  but when I opened the link, the item appears to be ''Out of Stock''.
This can happen if the item was restocked in limited quantities, and the demand for it is very high.

12. Is it possible to use discounts with the Family 3+, ISIC, or GLOBUSS customer card when shopping in the online store?
No, it is not possible to use the benefits of the Family 3+, ISIC, or GLOBUSS customer card in the online store. These benefits are only available when shopping in person at our bookstores.

13. Is it possible to use a gift card in the online store?
No, it is not possible to use a gift card in the online store. Gift cards can only be used in person at our bookstores.
